Focus: Physically maintains the church facilities and church property; deals with insurance issues as well as any legal matters pertaining to the church facilities and church property

Staff Parish Relations

Focus: Supports the pastors and staff of the church, including their spiritual health; addresses staff concerns and praises; interviews and hires pastors and staff; focuses on the work of the church as it relates to the mission of the church
